Roles and permission groups help administrators configure security on the Conga Advantage Platform. A role represents a profile (e.g., system administrator, contract facilitator, general user, etc.). You can use the user interface to create user roles that enable access to objects, records, pages, and administrative functions in applications built on the Conga Advantage Platform or you can use these APIs:

• Create a new role
• Get the master list of permission groups
• Create a new object permission
