Clause Approvers are users in Salesforce who can be assigned to approval steps. This is a global list of potential approvers. To add Clause Approvers in the Conga Contracts for Salesforce Clause Library, take the following steps:
In the Conga Contracts for Salesforce application, go to Clause Library in the top navigation menu, and click Clause Approvers.
Under the Available Approvers section, click the + icon beside the name of the approver (user) you want to add. Your selection is confirmed when the + icon changes into a green checkmark. The selected name is also added to the Selected Approvers section. You can add a single user, or multiple users.
You can enter a name in the Search Users search bar above the Available Approvers section to quickly locate users.
