The Clause Library gives you the ability to create different clause configurations for each contract. Clause configurations give you the ability to associate several clauses together so that you can accommodate for different scenarios within your clause library. Using clause configurations you will only need to create each clause one time and associate clauses with different sub-clauses as to ensure that different clause configurations are ready to merge into documents according to the scenario present in the contract negotiation process.
