Configuring the Clause Level Approval Status Widget
The Clause Level Approvals Status widget dynamically displays on a Contract Agreement when a Clause Approval request is in progress.
Next to each Approval Step, an icon that displays one of the following Approval Statuses:
Approved: Green
Rejected: Orange
Out of the box functionality updates the icons after the page is refreshed. If you want your status widget to update in realtime, take the following configuration steps:
Go to Salesforce Setup.
In the Search bar, enter Data Change Capture.
Under Available Entities, select Approval Request and Managed Approval Step and click the arrows to move them beneath Selected Entities.
