You can migrate your Contracts instance in North America (NA) to the European Union (EU) database.

You can change your Contracts for Salesforce instance from North America (NA) to the European Union (EU) and Asia-Pacific databases.

Requirements: Latest version of Contracts must be installed.

Contracts is supported on European Union (EU) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) databases.

To enable Contracts in the EU or APAC:

  1. Go to the Contracts for Salesforce Setup tab.
  2. In the Connect with OAuth column, select European Union of Asia-Pacific from the Region drop-down menu.
  3. Click Connect.

Verify you are connected to the EU or APAC database

To verify that you are connected to the EU database:

  1. Go to Set up
  2. Custom Settings
  3. Conga API Settings
  4. Managed.
  5. Select heroku.instanceurl and verify the Value.
    If you are having trouble connecting to the EU or APAC, navigate to Salesforce Setup > Security Controls > Remote Site Settings, and ensure that the following sites are included and active:
