You can customize labels within certain areas of the Clause Library. This feature is useful for when you want to use label translations for multiple languages. You can customize labels in the Clause Library for the following:

  • Clause Library tab
  • Clauses page and sub pages
  • Clause Approvers page and sub pages
  • Obligations page and sub pages
  • Clause Bundles page and sub pages
  • Clause Categories page and sub pages

Prerequisites

  1. Enable the Translation Setting in Salesforce
  2. Activate the Language in Salesforce

Customize a label in the Clause Library

  1. Navigate to Custom Labels in Salesforce Setup.
  2. Locate the label you want to customize. For example, click Obligations
  3. Under the Translation section, click New
  4. Under the Translation Information section, select a Language from the dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the custom name of the label under Translation Text. 
  6. Click Save. The new label is now available for your selected Language. 

The labels may take up to 24 hours to update if you do not clear your browser cache. If you want to see update labels immediately, clear your browser cache, then close and reopen your browser.
