Enabling Managed Clause Configuration

When the Managed Clause Configuration option is enabled, all additional field values on a clause are copied to Managed Clauses when the clause is added to an agreement. 

• If the Managed Clause Configuration option is not enabled, any additional fields added through object manager will still display in the Managed Clauses user interface, but the values will not copy over and will remain blank. 
• Once the Managed Clause is added to an agreement, the additional field value will not update further once copied over the first time. 

1. In Salesforce, navigate to CLM Setup.
2. Click Managed Clause Configuration under the Conga CLM section.
3. Click the Managed Clause Configuration toggle to Enabled.
