If you are an existing customer, you must enable True-Up All in the Custom Settings > Conga General Settings. For existing records, Salesforce will always default this setting to false.

To enable True-Up All, take the following steps

  1. Navigate to Setup in Salesforce by clicking the Setup Geat wheel icon.
  2. Type in "Custom Settings" in the Quick Find sarch box and click Custom Settings.
  3. Click Conga General Settings.
  4. Click Manage.
  5. Click New.
  6. Set Enable True-Up field to True.
  7. Click Save.

True-Up All is now enabled in Contracts for Salesforce.
