If you are an existing customer, you must enable True-Up All in the Custom Settings > Conga General Settings. For existing records, Salesforce will always default this setting to false.
To enable True-Up All, take the following steps
- Navigate to Setup in Salesforce by clicking the Setup Geat wheel icon.
- Type in "Custom Settings" in the Quick Find sarch box and click Custom Settings.
- Click Conga General Settings.
- Click Manage.
- Click New.
- Set Enable True-Up field to True.
- Click Save.
True-Up All is now enabled in Contracts for Salesforce.
