Feature Flag ActivateCopilot for Conga Copilot

A feature flag, ActivateCopilot, is available in the following Configuration Management API. Administrators can set this feature flag as true or false to activate or deactivate the Conga Copilot on the user interface. By default, the feature flag is set to false.

Cloning a Contract Rule

You can create a contract rule by cloning an existing contract rule with rules similar to the ones required in the new rule. After cloning, you can customize the rules as necessary by editing the details. For information, see Cloning a Contract Rule.

Activity History for Contract Creation

The activity history allows you to track the actions executed on a contract throughout its lifecycle. Contract creation action is also now captured in the Activity History. On creating a contract through any of the following modes, a record is created in the activity history:

• Fill out a form
• Import a document
  • By Import Documents
  • By Store Executed Contract
• Intelligent Document Import
• Bulk data import

Document Selection for Review

You can select one document, and only one, with its type as Contract Document to send documents for review. This applies to simple reviews and Microsoft 365 reviews, initiated from the Contract Details page or the DOCUMENTS tab. Document Review Status

You can view the review status of the documents in the Available Documents section on the Send for Review page and the document list in the DOCUMENTS tab. For more information, see Sending a Contract for Simple Review and Sending a Contract for Microsoft 365 Review.
