202411.2.0 Release Notes
In these release notes, you can find new features and enhancements and fixed and known issues for the CLM 202411.2.0 release. For documentation updates, see What's New in CLM Documentation.

New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.
Enhanced Expire After Field in AdobeSign Configuration
The Expire After date field in the AdobeSign configuration is split into separate fields for date and time. For information see, Configuring Adobe Sign Parameters in Conga Platform.
Email Notification to User or User Group
An email notification is sent to the group members specified in the user or user group whenever a contract request is created and submitted. For more information, see Creating a Contract Request.
Default Sorting of Contracts Lists
By default, contracts in My Contracts, All Contracts, and Recently Viewed are sorted in descending order based on the modified date. For more information, see Viewing Contracts from My Contracts, Viewing Contracts from All Contracts, and Viewing Recently Viewed Contracts.
Ability to Control Page Header Fields Display
A contract administrator or a user with Edit Layout permission can control the display of the Owner and Owner Type fields in the page header. By default, these fields are visible. The administrator can hide them by disabling the hide-contract-detail-page-header-owner
feature flag.
Permissions to Access Co-pilot
The administrator can enable Co-Pilot action permissions on Agreement object in the user’s permission group to allow access to Co-Pilot feature. For more information, see Managing Roles and Permission Groups, Asking Questions and Getting Answers, and Generating a Document Summary.
Redline AI feature for Contract Risk Analysis
The AI-powered Redline AI feature analyzes any clause modifications or new provisions introduced externally and identifies the risks associated with these changes. Users with the required action permission have access to this functionality with the following features:
- A barometer provides a quick overview of risks through high, medium, and low levels.
- The Contract Risk Summary displays a detailed breakdown of all clause-specific risks.
- Contract Mitigation Summary provides actionable mitigation strategies for each identified risk. Users can save changes to the contract clauses.
- Preview to view the document preview with text modifications.
- Publish changes to the contract document, with or without redlines

Editing Multiple Records
Administrators can configure field-level permissions on Agreement, Account, and Contact objects, enabling users to edit contract, clause, account, and contact fields accordingly. For more information, see Managing Roles and Permission Groups.
Users can now perform the following actions:
- Select multiple contract records and edit them at the same time. For more information, see Editing a Contract.
- Select multiple clause records and edit them at the same time. For more information, see Editing a Clause Record.
- Select multiple accounts and edit them at the same time. For more information, see Editing an Account.
- Select multiple contacts and edit them at the same time. For more information, see Editing a Contact.
Create Primary Contact from the Account Details Page
Users can now create a primary contact directly from the Account Details page. For more information, see Creating an Account.
