Use these parameters to generate and send a document with Composer Link Service.

Parameters for Composer Link Service

  • LinkService
    • Enables Conga Link Service and generates a Document History record with a unique document link
  • DefaultPDF
    • Converts the output file to PDF and allows recipients to view the document in the Conga PDF Viewer.
  • CongaEmailTemplateId

    • Important: The Conga Email Template must contain the required {Conga_Doc_Link} merge tag to generate the document link in the email.

    • Identifies the Conga Email Template that is sent with the document link.

      You must also identify the recipient with either the EmailToId or other additional Conga Email Template parameters. If the CongaEmailTemplateId parameter is not included in the Composer solution, a Document History record with a unique document link is generated and no email is sent.
  • NETId (Notification Email Template)
    • Identifies the Conga Email Template that is sent to users when recipients interact with the document
  • DS7
    • Enables background for Composer Link Service
    • The following values are designated for Composer Link Service: 550, 551, and 552
