New Features and Enhancements
In this release, the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform offers the following new features and enhancements.
Email Services: .msg File Extension Support
The POST /api/email/v1/emails, POST /api/email/v1/emails/bulk, and POST /api/email/v1/email-templates/{id} APIs now also allow users to attach files with the .msg file extension when sending emails. For a complete list of supported file extensions, see Supported Mime Types and File Extensions for Email APIs.
Reverse Data Sync Status
For Reverse Data Sync, the sync status will now display as "In Progress" until all parent and related child objects are fully synced to Salesforce. For more information, see Working with Data Sync Run History.
Workflows: Activities User Interface Enhancement
Enhanced the layout of the Activity Listing window to improve the user experience. For more information, see Creating Workflows.
CX Studio
CX Studio is a low-code/no-code module that allows you to easily create and edit pages, layouts, and applications. Its intuitive drag-and-drop interface is designed for all skill levels, enabling you to build powerful solutions. Key features include:
Creating page layouts from scratch
Creating object layout
Managing page or object layouts
Adding actions to page header
Applying rules to actions, sections, and fields

Filter Records with Owner as a User Group
Advanced filters now allow you to filter the grid view of records assigned to the owner with a User Group. You can also save your filtered view and set it as the default view, minimizing the need to reselect the filters each time you open the grid view (list view).
