Blue screen displays when accessing Conga Contracts, and the Login Name and Password fields do not display.

Solution and/or Cause

Clear the cache for your browser, going back to the earliest timeframe available.

• Login ID/Password Not Recognized
  An error message displays when logging in to Conga Contracts. For example, Invalid Password, No Account Exists, or User is Disabled.
