Managing Accounts

Viewing the Account Related Details

The Accounts details page contains information about customers or individuals with whom you conduct business. You can view the existing contracts with the customer, contact details, the assets, orders, quotes, opportunites, and location details in separate tabs.

  1. Login to the Conga CPQ on Platform. By default, a Proposals page is displayed.
  2. Navigate to the App Launcher from the top left corner, click Shared Apps > Accounts.
  3. Click on the account name to view the details.
  4. Click on each tab to view the associated details.
    1. Details tab: lists the account details. You can edit the details if required.
      On this tab, click Submit On-Demand Renewal Job to generate a renewal quote for eligible asset line items. For this to work, in Global Settings > Assets, the Renewal Execution Mode must be set to On-Demand.
    2. Contracts tab: lists the contracts that are associated with the account. Click on the contract name to navigate to the contracts details page.
    3. Contacts tab: lists the contacts that are associated with the account.
    4. Assets tab: lists the assets that are associated with the account.
    5. Orders tab: lists the orders that are associated with the account. You can create a new order from this tab. The process is the same as creating a new order, see Creating Orders.
    6. Quotes tab: lists the quotes that are associated with the account. You can create a new quote from this tab. The process is the same as creating a new quote, see Quotes.
    7. Opportunities tab: lists the opportunities that are associated with the account. You can create a new opportunity from this tab. The process is the same as creating a new opportunity, see Creating an Opportunity.
    8. Locations tab: lists the locations that are associated with the account. You can create a new account location from this tab, see Creating Account Location.
    9. Renew Asset Group tab: lists the assets that belong to a renewal group. When the renewal execution mode is "Auto", then on order activation "Renewal Assets Group" is created and listed on this tab.
