Configure the Asset Pricing Criteria settings to define the criteria based on which the Asset Price or the Product List Item (PLI) pricing is used in the cart. This criteria is based on three fields, Action, Status, and Criteria.

If Action is selected, then you must select the Status however Criteria field is optional. Below combinations are possible:

  • Only Status
  • Only Criteria
  • Status + Criteria
  • Action + Status
  • Action + Status + Criteria

Multiple entries of asset pricing criteria are allowed with the OR condition.

To set the asset pricing criteria

  1. Go to ADMIN SETUP > Application Settings > Global Settings > Asset Pricing Criteria.
  2. Click Add to add a criteria.

  3. Configure the following details: 

    1. Select an asset-based operation in the Action field from the drop-down.
    2. Select the line status associated with the action from the drop-down.
    3. Select criteria application for the asset operation.
  4. Click to add another criteria or click Save.
