Conga Advantage Platform for Administrators

Organization Management

Organization management enables system administrators to configure and maintain essential organizational settings. This includes both internal information about the organization and configurations required for external integrations such as identity providers and third-party systems.

The Conga Org tab displays an organization's information. By clicking the Edit button, you can modify any available information except the Organization ID, Is Active, and Identity Provider.

Note:

You can also use the Organization APIs to update organization-level information.

Click the App Launcher () icon from the top-left corner; then go to Admin Console > Organization.

The Conga org page displays the following information.

Field

Description

Organization Display Name

Name of the organization.

Organization ID

Code that uniquely identifies your organization to the Conga Advantage Platform.

Address

Address of the organization.

Phone Number

Phone number of the organization.

Timezone

Primary time zone in which the organization is located.

Preferred Locale

The organization-level primary locale for new users in the organization. This field displays only the locales that are enabled at the organization level using the Locale Setup. It ensures that every user experiences the platform in their preferred language.

This sets the default experience for users who have not specified a user-level locale. If no locale is set at the user level, the system considers the org-level locale for the translation. If no preference is set at either the organization or user level, English (US) is used as the default fallback language.

This setting determines the format of numbers (decimal symbol, digit group, digit grouping symbol, and negative number), dates (long date, short date), and times in the Conga Advantage Platform.

Currency

Currency that your organization uses for its business.

Positive Currency Format

Positive Currency Format of the organization.

Negative Currency Format

Negative Currency Format of the organization.

Short Date Format

Short Date Format of the organization.

Long Date Format

Long Date Format of the organization.

Time Format

Time Format of the organization.

Digit Group

 Allows to configure Digit Grouping format. You must ensure that the Digit Grouping Symbol and Decimal Symbol align with the selected Digit Group for accurate formatting.
For example, format the Total Contract Value in Contract Details as 123,456,789.00:
  • Digit Group: 123,456,789.00
  • Digit Grouping Symbol: ","
  • Decimal Symbol: "."
Note: The system prioritizes the user-specific configuration. If it is blank, it applies the organization-level configuration. If both are blank, it uses a default format.

Negative Number Format

Negative Number Format of the organization.

Is Active

Indicates whether the organization is active or not.

Auto Provision User Enabled

Allows users to auto-provision to the Conga Advantage Platform. If this toggle is enabled and the admin user has added and authorized the external integration, other users from that external integration can log in to the Conga Advantage Platform with their credentials, and the user account is automatically created on the Conga Advantage Platform.

Identity Provider

Identity Provider of the organization.

Enable Guest & Digital Commerce User

Guest and community user functionality for the organization. You can enable and disable the feature by enabling and disabling the Enable Guest & Customer Community User toggle option.

Note:

You only need guest and digital commerce user accounts if you are using Conga Digital Commerce. The guest and digital commerce user has standard security settings that control which parts of the storefront that guest users can access. These settings limit what guest users can access in the records that support the storefront.

Disable New User Email Notification

Enable this toggle If you do not want to send a welcome email to the new user. By default, it is disabled.

Enable One Time Migration for Reporting

Enable this toggle to activate the Reports and Dashboard module for your tenant and perform a one-time migration of existing tenant data to make reporting data available. To learn more about reporting and dashboards, see Reports and Dashboards.

Workato Workspace Id

Specifies the unique identifier of your organization's Workato workspace. This ID links your Conga organization to the corresponding Workato integration workspace. Contact Conga Support to get this ID.

Workato Integration User Id

Specifies the user ID of the integration service account used to connect the Conga Platform to your Workato workspace. This ID is configured during workspace provisioning and should not be modified unless instructed by Conga Support.
