Approval Center
The Approval Center is a streamlined dashboard designed to manage and monitor approval requests for various objects, such as agreements or proposals, and for custom objects. With the Approval Center, you can easily track, approve, reject, or reassign multiple requests from one centralized location. It offers a clear overview of approval statuses, helping you efficiently manage pending, approved, and rejected requests.
Prerequisite
Define the objects for which you want to display approval requests. For more information, refer to the Approval System Properties.
Accessing the Approval Center
You can access it from the App Launcher (Key Features
- Centralized View of Approval Requests: View object-specific requests, including the total number of approval requests, and their pending, approved, and rejected statuses.
- Easy Tracking of Approvals: Track all approval requests in real-time with an organized layout.
Bulk Operations:
Perform bulk actions, such as approving, rejecting, or reassigning multiple approval requests to yourself. To learn more about these actions, see My Approvals.Note: The approval status of the request is updated based on predefined Approval Policies, such as Unanimous, Majority, Percent, or Quorum, ensuring efficient and rule-based approval processing.- Search and Filter Options: Search for an
approval request by entering a keyword or use the Advanced Search (

- Customizable Column View: Customize the columns displayed in the grid to match your preferences. For more details, see Managing View Settings.
