Billing for Users

Logging-in to Conga Billing Management

Before you log in to Billing Management, make sure you meet the following criteria.
  • Your Salesforce org is onboarded to the Conga Platform.
  • Conga Billing (RLS) package and other required upstream and dependent module packages are installed in your Salesforce org.
  • You have Advantage Platform login credentials.
To access the billing user interface for using the functionalities, log into Conga Billing Management:
  1. Click the login URL provided by Conga.
  2. Select the Identity provider (IDP) (Salesforce or Salesforce Sandbox or Conga IDP) based on the environment in which your org has been onboarded. The login page opens.
  3. Enter the user name and password, and click Log in.
    The Home page is displayed.
  4. In the left panel, navigate to Billing & Invoicing section.
  5. Click Billing Headers, Invoice Creation Requests, Invoices, Usage Inputs, or Credit Memos to access the related features.
