New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to CLM in this release.
Adobe Sign Cycle Tracking
Contract managers can now track Adobe Sign signature cycles from the Adobe Sign panel on the Contract Details page. The panel displays contract document name, overall signature progress, signer statuses, and an audit trail with a detailed event log including user, email, event type, timestamp, and description for each document.
Administrators can enable this functionality by assigning the Adobe Sign Tracking action on the Agreement object in a user’s permission group. This permission is enabled by default in the following out-of-the-box groups:
- Agreement.ModifyAllPermissionGroup
- Agreement.CongaCLMUserPermissionGroup
- Agreement.CongaCLMAdminPermissionGroup
Audit trail data can also be accessed via the /api/esign/v1/adobe/{eSignTransactionId}/audittrail API endpoint.
View Selection and Advanced Filters for Contract Related Lists
The Documents, Line Items, and Insight related lists in contracts now support view selection and advanced filtering. In the Insights menu, the users can create and save custom filters as views, and apply advanced filtering for faster access to relevant information. The following issues are fixed in this release. If any actions are required, they will be listed in this table.
