Custom views capture all display preferences—including column selections, layout, sorting, filtering, and visibility—so users can return to the same personalized configuration at any time. Views can be private, shared, or restricted to specific groups depending on user permissions.

The system supports both seeded views and user-defined custom views:

• Seeded Views provide predefined system perspectives such as All Suppliers, My Suppliers, and Recently Viewed. These views cannot be modified or deleted.
• Custom Views allow you to create their own layouts. You can save changes, update view details, manage access, and maintain multiple layouts for different tasks or audiences

You can manage your personalized layouts using the following actions:

• Create a custom view – Set up and save your preferred configuration.
• Save changes – Update an existing view with new settings.
• Edit a view – Modify layout, filters, or column settings.
• Clone a view – Duplicate an existing view to create a variation.
• Delete a view – Remove views that are no longer needed.
• Switch views – Quickly move between your saved layouts.
