Document Merge User Interface
The Document Merge UI can be used through the Composer for Advantage Platform API to select templates, preview the merge and determine the method of delivery.
Launch the Document Merge UI through an existing Composer Button. Once it loads, you will see the template selection UI. Here you can select which templates you want to use, what order they will merge in, whether they are merged into a single document and how they will be delivered.
Note: You may select up to a maximum of 40 templates that each have a maximum size of 20mb.
Click on the documents you want to merge and they will populate in the list on the right. Use the :: icon to drag and drop your templates into your desired output order. Use the File Name option to give your consolidated output a custom name. Activate the toggle if you would like to convert all the selected documents into PDF files.
The delivery options, Conga Sign, Email, or Download, are available by default, and the availability of these options can be customized by an Administrator.
