Notifications
The CI portal sends email notifications to appropriate users on the following events.
- Actions: Ownership assignment, folder sharing, or watchlist item addition
- Smart events: Contract renewal and termination
Default Notifications
All CCI email notifications are enabled by default. You can opt out of or into the
following notifications:
- Someone has assigned you ownership of a document.
- Weekly upcoming smart events (this email reminds you to check the portal and is produced only if you have access to at least one document with an upcoming smart event)
- Upcoming smart event for the document owner. These are every 30, 60, and 90 days by default. You can also add 180 days.
- Default reminders for events on your watch list. These are every 30, 60, and 90 days by default. You can also add 180 days.
Non-Discretionary Notifications
You cannot opt out of the following CCI email notifications:
- A user shares a folder with you
- An administrator adds you to a group
- You become an administrator
