Additional Names Browse Screen
The additional names associated with a company are stored in the Additional Names browse screen in a Company Profile, and are categorized as: Also Known As (AKA), Doing Business As (DBA), and Formerly Known As (FKA). When a company changes its name (FKA), the Company Acquisition Wizard is an effective tool in transferring data and responsibilities.
Although the default additional name types are AKA, DBA, and FKA, your Administrators can add other name types.
To access the browse screen, open a Company Profile.

Additional Name records |
Click on an additional name record to display its Additional Name Profile.

Sort option |
To sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading. |
Column Display option |
To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field. |
