Generating Proposal Document
- On the proposal details page, click Generate to open the Generate Document pop-up window.
- Select the required template from the list or use the Search this list search box to find the template.
- Select Output Format, select one of the following formats:
- DOCX: To generate an MS Word document.
- PDF: To generate a PDF protected proposal document.
- PDF/A: To generate an archival format for PDF.
- Click Generate. The proposal document is generated and can be found in the Related List section on the proposal/quote details page.
You can now present the quote you generated.
