Managing Incentives
Incentives programs enable you to define, manage, and track pricing and rebate-based incentive programs. These programs help automate complex discounting and reward structures to drive sales and customer engagement.
The application includes two key components:
Price Programs
Price Programs define incentive rules that directly affect product pricing during quote or transaction processing. Administrators can configure various pricing models such as Buy X Get X, Buy X Get Y, or For Every X Get X. Each price program specifies eligibility criteria, validity periods, and automatic activation settings to control when and how the incentives are applied.
Rebate Programs
Rebate Programs define post-transaction incentive models where customers earn rewards or credits based on achieved sales performance or purchase volumes. These programs are typically evaluated after transactions are completed and help strengthen customer loyalty and long-term engagement.
