Viewing Assets
When you launch Assets 360 page from CPQ UI, a list of assets is displayed. You can view information such as the asset name, product name, quantity, asset status, start date, end date, and account details listed in a tabular format. "Account" column represents all account types, including Sold To, Ship To, and Bill To.
You can view the total number of accounts associated with the assets and the total number of active assets on top of the table.
In the table, all assets are displayed along with their primary line. Asset options do not appear as separate entries. To enhance navigation, an expand/collapse icon is available on the primary line of each asset. For bundle structures that include sub-bundles and options, the expand/collapse functionality is provided only on the primary line of the bundle. When expanded, the entire bundle structure is revealed, including sub-bundles and options. However, sub-bundles do not automatically expand; you must manually click to expand them if needed. By default, all assets are displayed in a collapsed state.
The above enhancement is an OOB feature if you are using the default Asset 360 Object Layout. However, if you have customized the layout, then to enable this feature you must clone the default object layout and then re-customize as per your requirements.
