Integration with Claude

Configuring an MCP Server for Conga CPQ

  • Conga CPQ for Salesforce (June 2026 or later) is installed.
  • Conga CPQ AI Library Package (New Package) is installed.
  • Required Claude skill files are downloaded and available for import.
  • User has admin access.
  • Users have Claude account.
  1. Navigate to Setup in Salesforce.
  2. In the Quick Find box, enter MCP Server.
  3. Navigate to API Catalog > MCP Servers.
  4. Click Add MCP Server.
  5. Enter Label, Name, and Description.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Open the newly created MCP server.
  8. Click Add Tools > Apex Action.
  9. Add the following:
    • Add Favorites to Cart
    • Add Products to Cart
    • Change Asset Quantity
    • Clone Cart
    • Clone Quote
    • Compare Favorites
    • Compare Products
    • Compare Quotes
    • Create Proposal/Quote
    • Finalize Cart
    • Generate Proposal Document
    • Get Asset Metadata
    • Get Cart Summary
    • Get Field Set Details
    • Get Object Field Details
    • Get Product Details
    • Get Proposal/Quote Metadata
    • Renew Assets
    • Reprice Quote
    • Search Asset
    • Search Favorites
    • Search Line Items by Proposal Id
    • Search Products
    • Search Proposals/Quotes
    • Submit For Approvals
    • Update Line Item
    • Update Proposal/Quote
    • Check Job Status
    • Get Proposal Id
  10. Save the configuration.
  11. Click Activate.

The MCP server is configured and activated for Conga CPQ actions.
