Installed Packages

Installed packages will list out all the packages that has been installed to your org. There are various features listed below in detail present in this tab.

The page will have a table which will contain all the packages installed in your org with the following details:

Fields

Description

Name

The name of the package.

Installed Release Name

The name of the release installed in the org.

Installed Version

The current version number of the package that is installed in this org.

Latest GA Release Name

The latest name of the GA release.

Note:

If the Installed Version and the Latest GA Version are different, then this field will be highlighted with () icon.

Latest GA Version

The latest version number of the package that are available for this org.

This page has following features:

Auto Upgrade

Auto Upgrade feature is a provision in the installed packages tab that allows Conga to auto-upgrade the org when a new GA release is available. To enable auto upgrade feature:

  1. Toggle the button as enabled in the Auto Upgrade section.
  2. Click Confirm in the Auto upgrade confirmation pop up.
    The auto upgrade feature will be turned on.
  3. To disable this feature, toggle the button as disabled in the Auto Upgrade section.
  4. Click Confirm in the Auto upgrade confirmation pop up.

Package Access

Package access feature will allow you to set the accessibility for Conga packages which shall be upgraded using Conga Upgrade Program.

  1. Click Set Package Access button in the installed Products Page.
  2. A Conga Package Access pop up will be displayed. It will have the following fields.

    Fields

    Description

    Package Name

    The name of the package will be displayed.

    Install For Admin Only

    Toggle this on if you want to grant access only to the admins for all the packages.

    Install for All Users

    Toggle this on if you want to grant access to all the users for all the packages.

    Install For Specific Profiles

    Toggle this on if you want to select the profiles that you want to grant access to.

    Note:

    If you want to select a particular package for specific profile, you can choose the profile for the package.

  3. After configuring access permissions, click Save.
  4. Click Confirm in the Conga Package access confirmation pop up.
You will get a success message.
