Schedule Upgrade

Schedule Upgrade lets you schedule any upgrade on a specified date and time. It displays the list of scheduled jobs. The details present on this tab are:

Fields

Description

Schedule Id

The unique schedule Id for all the schedule jobs performed in this org.

Schedule Name

The name of the scheduled job.

Release

The name of the release that is set to upgrade for the org.

Schedule Time

The date and the time scheduled for the org.

Job Status

The status of the job whether it is allocated, scheduled, cancelled, or completed.

To schedule the upgrade:

  1. Go to Conga Upgrade Assist app > Schedule Upgrade tab.
  2. Click the Schedule Upgrade button.
  3. New schedule upgrade box pops up. Enter the following details.

    Description

    Schedule Name

    Enter the name of the Schedule.

    Date

    Select the date that you want to schedule the upgrade on.

    Select Release

    Select the release name from the dropdown.

    Time

    Select the time on the date when you want to upgrade your org with the packages.

  4. Click Create.
  5. A pop up displays with the Name, Installed Version and the Target Version columns for all the packages. You can see if the package needs to be upgraded, if it is highlighted by the () icon on the Target Version.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Confirm in the Release upgrade confirmation pop up.
  8. The Job Status will be set to Scheduled.
  9. You will receive an email once the upgrade is scheduled.
    Note:

    You cannot create another schedule upgrade until the previous upgrade is completed.
