Creating a Point Accrual

Creating a point accrual allows businesses to define how customers earn points in a loyalty program. It involves setting rules for point calculation based on products, regions, and customer accounts. By configuring a point accrual, businesses can automate tier qualifications and ensure a structured approach to rewarding customer loyalty.
  1. Go to the Incentives and click Go next to the View drop-down.
  2. Click New Point Accrual.
    New Point Accrual screen appears.
