Loyalty Management

Enrolling Account in Loyalty Program

This process enrolls a customer account in a Loyalty Program to track purchases, reward loyalty, and encourage repeat business. Businesses set point rules and loyalty levels to keep customers engaged and motivated to buy more.
  1. Navigate to the Account and locate and hover over the Loyalty Enrollments link.
  2. Click New Incentive Loyalty Enrollment.
  3. Enter the Enrollment Details.
    FieldDescription
    IncentiveSelect the appropriate Loyalty Program from the dropdown.
    Account When creating or editing a record, you must provide either an Account or a Contact.
    Contact
    PointsDefine initial and lifetime points.
    Additional Points for Next LevelAutomatically calculates the "Additional Points for Next Level" field based on the member's current tier and accrued points.
    Loyalty LevelSelect the initial and earned loyalty levels.
    Start Date & End DateSet the validity period of the enrollment.
    Eligibility Start DateSpecify the eligibility date.
    Terms and Conditions AcceptedCheck the box if applicable.
    Active StatusMark the enrollment as active.
    CurrencyChoose the applicable currency.
  4. Click Save.
