Configuring Incentive System Property for Loyalty
Loyalty Management requires an Incentive System Property record to support loyalty transaction processing and loyalty cycle operations.
The system uses this configuration to:
- process loyalty transactions
- calculate loyalty points
- evaluate loyalty tiers
- process loyalty cycles for enrolled members
Prerequisites
- Installation and configuration Loyalty Management
- Administrative access to create custom setting records
- Create the required loyalty programs
- Navigate to Incentive System Property.
- Click New.
- Create a record name as Loyalty.
- Activate the Incentive System Property record before you create loyalty enrollments or process loyalty transactions.
- Click Save.
