Loyalty Management

Viewing Point Status

The loyalty program records points earned through orders and manual adjustments. Users can view detailed accrual information within the Incentive Loyalty Enrollment Record, including order-based and manually added points.
  1. Go to Account > Contact section.
  2. Select Incentive Loyalty Enrollment Record to see loyalty point details.
  3. Check the Loyalty Point Accrual Summary related list for point details:

    • Order Loyalty Point Accrual Items show points earned from orders.

    • Loyalty Point Accrual Adjustment Items display manually added points.

  4. Click View History Detail to see points earned per order line item.
