Hide Price Column

Turn this setting ON to disable the price column from the options page. By default, this setting is turned off.

Listed Options Column 2

Enter the API name of the product field to be displayed in the Listed Options section.

Listed Options Column 3

Enter the API name of the product field to be displayed in the Listed Option section.

Show Option Quantity

Turn this setting ON to display the quantity in the body of the options pages.

Disable Add To Cart for Option Products

Turn this setting ON to hide the Add To Cart and Configure buttons for an option product on the catalog page.

This is helpful to prevent your sales representative from selling an option product without its bundle product.

Show Tab View

Turn this setting ON to display option groups in a tab view instead of sections on the options page.

Bundle Description Field

Enter the field names from the product object to be displayed as bundle description.

Enable Option Page Search

Turn this setting ON to allow option search on the bundle configuration page.

Collapse All Leaf Option Groups

Turn this setting ON. This option defines whether the child option groups inside a bundle are expanded or collapsed by default.

Enable Field Expressions

Turn this setting ON to enable field expressions.

Display Settings

Enable Auto Sequencing For Options

Turn this setting ON to enable auto-sequencing for options. If you do not turn this setting on, the sequencing of option line items on the cart will be based on the user selection sequence rather than the bundle options sequence.

Show Recommended Products Cart View

Turn this setting ON to display the recommended products component in the Cart Detail View page.

Product Display Max Length

Enter the maximum number of characters to be displayed for the product name on the cart page. If the product name exceeds the maximum length, CPQ displays an ellipsis or wraps the product name. The default value is 21.

Show Attributes In Cart

Turn this setting ON to display the specified attributes applicable to the line items in the cart. Attributes appear in the product dialog.

Expand Bundles In Cart

Turn this setting ON to expand all attributes and options of a bundle product in the cart.

Hide Copy Action

Turn this setting ON to hide the copy action in the cart view.

Group By Fields

Enter the API names of those line item fields that are of the type: Lookup, Formula Fields, and Text. These line item fields are displayed under the Group By drop-down on the cart page.

Hide Grand Total

Turn this setting ON to hide the grand total line on the cart page.

Hide Subtotals In Cart

Turn this setting ON to hide subtotals in the cart view.

View Cart Total Custom Fields

Enter the list of custom fields from the summary group object to be displayed in the custom view cart page. Each field API name must be separated by a comma or a new line.

Disable Cart Activity History

Turn this setting ON to disable the generation of activity history in product configuration. If you turn this setting on, CPQ does not add entries to the Activity History-related list when you create, finalize, or reconfigure a product configuration.

Disable Cart Async Notification

Turn this setting ON to disable the email notifications you receive after completion of any async operation such as cart finalization and pricing in every type of quote or agreement.

Enable Contextual Totals

Turn this setting ON to display the subtotals and totals section at the bottom of the cart page.

Grid Render Threshold

Enter the number of rows to load when the cart grid renders. This setting improves the grid scroll performance, with a default value of 20. You must adjust the value based on the number of lines displayed on the cart.

Turn this setting ON to hide cart views on the cart.

Turn this setting ON to hide cart view creation.

Turn this setting ON to enable pagination for the cart grid.

Line Item Fields to Revalidate Invalid Price List Items

Select the line item fields to be used to revalidate invalid price list items. This field set controls a list of display fields in the revalidation pop-up for price list item changes.

Select the line item fields to be used to revalidate product structures. This field set controls the list of display fields in the revalidation pop-up for product structure changes.

Enable Optional Items

Turn this setting ON to enable optional items in the cart.

Max Allowed Lines For Mass Actions

Enter the maximum number of line items (supported by the product) to be allowed for performing mass actions on the cart page.

Run Validation Callback On Add

Turn this setting ON to invoke the Validation Callback when adding a product.

Save On All Actions

Turn this setting ON to save the configuration when you perform any action on the cart page.
