Viewing Collaboration Request Details
From the collaboration request details page, you can view associated links to view Product Configurations and attached documents.
- Login to the Conga CPQ on Platform and navigate to Collaboration page.
- Open the desired collaboration request by clicking the request number or request name to view the details.
- Following operations are available in the left pane:
- Click Product Configurations to view the configurations.
- Click Documents to view related documents attached with the request.
- Click Line Items to view line items assigned for collaboration.
- Click Collaboration Request to view associated child requests.
- Click Approval to view and approve the collaboration request.
- Following operations are available in the right pane:
Cart: This option allows you to review the existing products and make the necessary changes. As a collaborator you can reassign one or more cart line items to another reviewer.
Catalog: This option displays the high-level categories along with the description and reference image. Clicking the category navigates you to the category detail page. The Search option allows you to enter the product name, as a result, CPQ web UI lists the categories that the product is associated with.
Installed Products: This option displays the purchased products.
Documents: This option provides a list of documents shared for review.
Details: This option provides comprehensive details of the selected collaboration request.
