Viewing Collaboration Requests
When you launch Collaboration from CPQ UI, a list of collaboration requests is displayed. You can view the following information on the page.
- Request Number: This is a system generated number when a collaboration request is created.
- Name: This is the user defined name given to the collaboration request during creation.
- Owner: Name of the quote owner.
- Status: Status of the quote.
- Collaboration Type: Either Peer-To-Peer or Multi-tier.
- Created Date: The creation date of the request.
- Modified Date: The last modified date of the request.
You can perform the following operations on this page:
- Edit or delete the request.
- Use the search feature to filter the list.
- Manage the views and create custom views.
- Export the details in CSV or Excel format as required.
- Perform mass delete operation.
Login to Conga CPQ on Platform and navigate to Collaborations page.
The existing list of collaboration requests is displayed.
