New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Conga Advantage Platform in this release.
Email Workflow Activities Use Organization-Wide Sender Email Address
The Send Email and Send Email by Template workflow activities no longer display the From Name field in the user interface. The system now automatically uses the Organization-Wide Email Address as the sender for all notifications. This change ensures consistent email communications without requiring manual input. For more details, see Send Email and Send Email by Template topics.
New Workflow Type: Callback
Introduced a new Callback Workflow type that allows you to manage validation logic directly in workflows without relying on custom code. With callback workflows, you can configure validations such as pricing rules, data checks, and other pre-trigger operations for any Advantage Platform–based app, such as CPQ or CLM. Email Editing Disabled for Conga IdP Users
The application now prevents editing email addresses for Conga IdP users in both the UI and API. This ensures secure and consistent authentication.
New Workflow Type: Before Save
A new workflow type, Before Save, lets you execute business logic before a record is saved. This workflow allows you to set default values, enforce mandatory fields, perform validations, and prevent invalid records from being saved. For more details, see the Before Save Workflow topic.
