You must configure Proposal System properties to use Proposal Management.

Use the following URLs to configure Merge Service:

New Features and Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Merge Service in this release.

Editable Smart Fields and Content Control in Read-Only Clauses

You can edit designated smart fields and custom content controls within read-only clauses, while the clause language remains unaltered to maintain compliance. The original field property (smart or read-only) is retained based on the Retain field property setting, and changes to smart fields are reflected on the agreement record after reconciliation. This update supports existing user flows, including review, check-in, and UFC processing for smart fields in read-only clauses, and resolves issues with external metadata and repeat boundaries inside read-only clauses.
