Enhancements
The following enhancements are new to Sign in this release.
Event Notification Enhancements
Redirect users to the Event Notification dashboard after creating or editing a callback. The Save button on the Event Notification create and edit pages remains disabled until at least one event is selected, and toast notifications now display success or error messages instead of standard inline messages.
Expiration and Reminder UI Parameters
Configure transaction expiration and automated reminders directly through new UI parameters: expireDays, expireOn, reminderDays, repeatReminderDays, and totalReminders. The system enforces input validation, supports Salesforce merge fields, and provides clear error or warning messages for invalid or conflicting settings. Administrators can manage transaction lifecycles without requiring template modifications.
eSignature API: Add Template Input
The eSignature API now accepts a OneSpan Template ID when creating a transaction, enabling transactions to be based on a specified template. Error handling for template-based transactions aligns with current behavior in the Sign Connector API.
Advanced Options Tab
Access the Advanced Options tab to configure callback payloads and event filtering, including the ability to include base64-encoded document bytes and set up to five filters per event. Administrators can control which data is sent and when callbacks are triggered, optimizing automation and system performance.
Sign API: Addition of OneSpan REST Endpoints
The Sign API now supports additional REST endpoints from OneSpan, including Accounts, External Authentication, Integration Framework Workflow Configuration, Password Policy, Signature Image Extraction, Templates, and Account Signature Layout. Access these endpoints to manage account configurations, password policies, signature images, templates, and authentication workflows within the CongaSign API.
