New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Sign in this release.
Expired Status for Signature Cycle Transaction
Display the Expired status for signature transactions when a request expires, replacing the previous "Out for Signatures" status. Update the contract status to Ready for Signatures and show relevant actions in the Next Steps panel to reflect the transaction's current state.
CongaSign API: Expanded OneSpan Endpoint Integration
CongaSign API adds new Authentication, Account Attachments Blacklist, Account Attachments Whitelist, Account Settings, Account Supported Languages, and Account System Settings endpoints, aligning with OneSpan API coverage. New and updated endpoints support advanced authentication flows, account configuration, document management, ad hoc group roles, sender password management, and callback event payloads with OAuth2 authentication. Administrators and implementation teams can configure account features, supported languages, attachment policies, and system settings, with changes impacting account-level data and transaction management.
Image Download API for IDV Authentication
Access images used in IDV Authentication through new Sign API endpoints. Retrieve IDV Evidence Summary in JSON format, obtain image URLs from the Detailed Verification Report, and download selected IDV images in binary format using package ID, IDV transaction ID, and image URL parameters.
Event Notification Callback Page - Save Button
Administrators can now save changes to an event notification callback record only when all required fields are populated, modified, and validated, including a non-duplicative and valid Callback URL. The Save button displays a spinner and disables form fields during the save operation, providing clear success or error messages based on the outcome.
Event Notification Callback Page - Test Button
Add a Test button to the Event Notification Callback Page, allowing administrators to verify connectivity to the specified callback URL before activation. The feature validates the URL format, displays connection results with status and color coding, and manages button availability during testing.
Event Notification Callback Status Dropdown
Administrators can now set the status of an Event Notification Callback record to Active or Inactive using a dropdown on the callback configuration page. When set to Active, new events trigger the callback URL; when set to Inactive, events do not trigger the callback URL.
Payload Preview Tab
The Payload Preview tab enables administrators to view formatted JSON payloads for each selected event, grouped by Account Events and Participant Events sections. Each event displays its name and corresponding JSON structure, allowing review of the data sent to callback URLs. A Configuration Summary card provides a concise overview of selected events and authentication type.
