Sign for Advantage Platform 202603.1.0 Release Notes

In these release notes, you can find enhancements and fixed and known issues for the Sign 202603.1.0 release. For documentation updates, see What's New in Sign Documentation.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Sign in this release.

Display of Template ID and Package ID on Details Pages

The Template Details page displays the Template ID as a label in the footer section below the main window, allowing users to reference the system-generated identifier directly from the UI.

The Package Details page displays the Package ID as a label in the footer section below the main window, providing clear visibility of the system-generated identifier directly from the UI.

Recipient and Template Placeholder Flexibility in Sign Connector

The Sign connector now ignores blank recipient parameters and supports transactions where the number of recipients does not match template placeholders. In foreground mode, extra recipients are added without pre-positioned tags and gaps are preserved for missing recipients; in background mode, an exact match between recipients and placeholders is required, and errors are displayed for mismatches.

Also blank recipients in without template will be skipped. As for example if you are passing recipient2 as blank in foreground mode without template then that will be skipped and recipient3 will take recipient2 place.

Advanced Options Event Filtering

The system now sends events only when they meet the specified Advanced Options filter criteria. Events that do not satisfy the defined criteria are excluded from processing, enabling more precise event management.

Fixed Issues

There are no fixed issues in this release.

Known Issues

The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.

Conga Internal ID Description
COREAPPS-18562

Affected users: Customers using the new Platform UI only. Users on the legacy interface are not impacted.

  • Dashboard Navigation - Users are unable to navigate back to the Sign Dashboard from a transaction record page.
  • Conga Sign Settings Redirects - Users are unable to access Conga Sign Settings with proper redirect behavior.
  • External Salesforce Org Connectivity - Users are unable to connect to external Salesforce Orgs from within Conga Sign.

Recommended Action

If you are on the new Platform UI and wish to continue working without interruption, please contact Conga Support to be temporarily reverted to the legacy interface while these issues are being resolved.
