Sign for Advantage Platform 202603.2.0 Release Notes

In these release notes, you can find enhancements and fixed and known issues for the Sign 202603.2.0 release. For documentation updates, see What's New in Sign Documentation.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to Sign in this release.

Document Accessibility Toggle in Transaction Creation

An Enforce document accessibility toggle is now available in the transaction creation popup, allowing users to enable or disable accessibility for uploaded documents. The toggle is disabled by default unless the Enable Screen-Reader Accessibility for all New Transactions setting is active in Transaction Settings, which enables accessibility by default.

Salesforce JWT Authentication in Sign Callback API

The Sign Callback API now supports the Salesforce JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication flow for user-defined callback URLs, enabling secure authentication and invocation of Salesforce endpoints. The system introduces a new AuthType value, SALESFORCE_JWT, and provides API endpoints at /register and /register/:callbackName? for registering callbacks at the organization level. Existing non-authenticated callback flows remain unaffected.

Fixed Issues

There are no fixed issues in this release.

Known Issues

The following unresolved issues are known to Conga at the time of this release.

Conga Internal ID Description
COREAPPS-18562

Affected users: Customers using the new Platform UI only. Users on the legacy interface are not impacted.

  • Dashboard Navigation - Users are unable to navigate back to the Sign Dashboard from a transaction record page.
  • Conga Sign Settings Redirects - Users are unable to access Conga Sign Settings with proper redirect behavior.
  • External Salesforce Org Connectivity - Users are unable to connect to external Salesforce Orgs from within Conga Sign.

Recommended Action

If you are on the new Platform UI and wish to continue working without interruption, please contact Conga Support to be temporarily reverted to the legacy interface while these issues are being resolved.
