Reprocess Transaction Button for Stuck Signing Processes

Users can now trigger a retry action for stalled signing transactions directly from the Salesforce Transaction record using the new Reprocess Transaction button. When selected, the system initiates the backend redrive process, provides immediate feedback on the attempt, and enforces a two-hour lock after each retry to prevent repeated submissions. If the transaction remains unresolved, users are prompted to contact Support for further assistance. For more details, refer to Reprocess a Sign Transaction.
