Reprocess a Sign Transaction
If a Conga Sign Transaction is stuck during merging, whether due to a syncing error or a sequence transition process failure, you can use the Reprocess Transaction action in Salesforce to ask Conga Sign to try launching the Transaction again.
Note: The Reprocess Transaction action is available automatically for new installs. For existing installs, a System Administrator must add it to the Conga Sign Transaction page layout.
