Reprocessing Messaging and Limitations
The following messages will appear when a transaction has been initiated.

| This transaction has been submitted for reprocessing. | Conga Sign accepted your request. Processing continues in the background. |
| This transaction was modified recently. Please wait before trying again. | The Transaction was updated or reprocessed recently. Wait two hours before you try again. |
| This transaction could not be reprocessed. | Conga Sign did not accept the request for this Transaction. |
| Error occurred trying to reprocess this transaction. | Conga Sign could not complete the request. |
If the recovery succeeds, the Transaction continues through its normal flow. Depending on the Transaction state, Conga Sign might:
Update the Transaction status in Salesforce.
Send completion notifications.
Attach the completed document to the Salesforce record.
The confirmation message does not confirm that the Transaction is complete or that the document is available. Check the Transaction record to verify its status.
You can reprocess one Transaction at a time. Bulk and list view reprocessing are not supported.
If a Transaction was recently updated or reprocessed, you must wait two hours before you can reprocess it again.
Reprocessing will not retrieve missing documents or extend expired transactions.
Contact Support if any of the following occur:
Conga Sign rejects the request.
The Transaction remains stuck after Conga Sign accepts the request.
You receive an error and cannot submit the request.
When you contact Support, provide the link to the Conga Sign Transaction record and the message that you received so that Support can investigate the recovery attempt.
