Map the Quick Change Fields on CPQ Fields

Fields configured in the PROS Additional Context are considered belonging to the Force.com PROS Quote. Therefore, they obey to the same mapping rules as standard quote custom settings. In particular, they can be synchronized with CPQ fields using the implicit IN/OUT mapping.

In details, this means that they can be mapped with any CPQ field respecting the following conditions:

  • The field must be configured in the header section or as a total cell of the spreadsheet section
  • The field must have the same name as the one in Force.com (based on the “Field Name” attribute)
Note: To configure header fields or total cells in CPQ, please refer to the CPQ Designer Guide.
