If you experience an issue with a product and need help, you can contact Conga Support. Before you contact the support team, prepare a brief description of the problem you are experiencing. Additionally, to enable us to resolve your problem at the earliest, provide the following important information:
- What is the environment in which you are experiencing the problem: Sandbox or Production?
- How many users are affected?
Identifying Installed Product Versions
To determine which product versions are installed in your system, follow these steps. This process guides you through accessing the Installed Packages section where you can view all installed packages and their version numbers.
Determining your Salesforce.com Organization ID
Perform the following steps to determine the Salesforce.com organization ID.
- Go to Setup in the Quick Find Box, search and select Company Information.
- From the Organization Detail pane, provide the Salesforce.com organization ID.
Locating and Verifying the Merge Server Endpoint
The merge server endpoint is crucial for document generation processes. Understanding how to locate and verify this endpoint can help troubleshoot issues related to document generation.
- Go to Setup in the Quick Find Box, search and select Custom Settings.
- Click Manage for Comply System Properties.
- Click System Properties.
- The Merge Webservice Endpoint field displays the setting.
Granting Login Access
Granting login access is essential for troubleshooting and support purposes. It allows an administrator or support personnel to access a user's account to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. This process ensures that the necessary permissions are temporarily granted, maintaining security while providing the needed assistance.
- Go to Setup in the Quick Find Box, search and select Grant Login Access.
- From the Conga Support picklist, select an option for access duration.
- Click Save.
