Test Steps

Cloning a Test Step

Using the Test Author web UI, you can clone an existing test step.
  1. On the Test Author home page, do one of the following to view a list of test steps that are already created.
    • Click Test Step in the right pane.
    • Go to Design > Test Step in the left pane.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Click the More icon () next to the name of the test step and click Clone.
    • Click the name of the test step.
  3. Review the test step details, click the More icon in the top-right corner, and click Clone.
  4. Enter a new name and a description for the test step. Click OK.
