Preview Reconciliation
The preview reconciliation feature allows you to preview the difference between the current or modified value in the document and the Conga CLM values. The following tasks are available for reconciliation:
- Modify a smart field
- Mark a field
- Mark a field for removal
- Modify a marked field
- Modify a smart clause
- Insert as a smart clause
- Modify a marked clause
- Mark a clause for deletion
To preview reconciliation

In the Contracts pane, go to Work > Preview
Reconcile. If you do not see Preview Reconcile under the Work tab, click the
More icon (
) and from the menu, select Preview Reconcile. Review the CLM Value and Current Value of the changed smart fields in your document.
Note:The Preview Reconcile tab displays all the modified smart fields, modified mark fields, and new marked fields. If the checked-out document contains changes to both fields and clauses, the system loads all changes made on smart fields first, and changes made to clauses loads after you click Next. With high volume documents, a loading text will display for the fields and clauses section until all the changes are loaded.
