Configuring OCC User Interface for Internationalization
Internationalization enables you to translate data into multiple languages. OCC supports internationalization, allowing you to view the OCC UI in your preferred language. To view OCC UI in your preferred language, you need to configure locale-related settings in the UI. You must:
Enable the UI to translate the language.
Set up the language translation.
Translate the OCC Custom Labels to the desired locale.
To enable language translation
Navigate to Setup > Translate.
Click the Enable button.
To set up language translation
Navigate to Setup > Translation Workbench > Translation Language Settings.
Click Add. Language translation Edit page opens, showing language and translator details.
From the Language dropdown, select the desired language.
Ensure that the language is active.
To permit a few users to edit translations, move those usernames from Available List to Selected List.
Click Save.
To translate Custom Labels
Navigate to Setup > Custom Labels.
Select one of the OCC labels.
You can choose CongaOCCPackage from the View dropdown to display all the OCC labels.
On the Custom Label Detail page, click New Local Translations / Overrides. Translation Edit page opens, showing translation information.
From the Language dropdown, select the desired localization language.
In the Translation Text, enter the translated text for that custom label.
